Possession at the lowest entry price

Block M is where buyers on a smaller budget can own a plot with possession today. Plots are 120 sq yd, more than 30 houses already stand and around 50 more are being built, so the block is filling up quickly with families building their own homes.

The underpass

For years, a road just outside Block M was used by public traffic from outside Naya Nazimabad, which sat awkwardly with a gated community. The developer has now started building an underpass to carry that traffic past the township, out of sight. S.S Enterprises expects Block M prices to rise sharply once the underpass opens, since it removes the block's one real drawback.
