Why overseas Pakistanis choose Naya Nazimabad
Most families abroad want one of two things from Karachi: a safe home for parents, a future return or holidays, or an investment that grows while they work overseas. Naya Nazimabad answers both. It is gated with controlled entry, and the essentials already operate inside the plan — the Ali Habib Medical Center, an education complex, mosques, parks, a gymkhana and an international-standard cricket stadium of around 20,000 seats.
For investors, the structure matters as much as the lifestyle. One listed developer holds the definitive record for every property, installment plans keep the entry cost low, and the township sits about 2 km from North Nazimabad — the part of Karachi many overseas families already call home. How buying from abroad works, step by step
- Tell us what you need. Message us on WhatsApp with your budget, the type of property, and whether it is for family or investment.
- Get a verified shortlist. We send options from verified inventory with photos, videos, block maps and payment plans. A live video walk-through can be arranged on request.
- Reserve. A token amount and a written sale agreement lock in your unit.
- Sign a Special Power of Attorney. Grant a limited POA for this specific property at the Pakistan Embassy, High Commission or Consulate, then have it attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs — or use NADRA's online POA where your mission supports it.
- Pay through the bank. Transfer funds through your Roshan Digital Account or another formal bank channel. Never cash, never hawala.
- Transfer and hand-over. Your representative completes the transfer through Javedan Corporation, and we send you scans of every document. If you want, we then rent out and manage the property for you.

Documents you will need

| Valid passport | Identity verification at the mission and the bank. |
| FBR registration / NTN | Required for property transactions and unlocks non-resident benefits. |
| Two witnesses (Pakistani nationals) | Mandatory for executing a Power of Attorney. |
| CNIC of your representative | The person who signs and transfers on your behalf in Pakistan. |
Paying safely with a Roshan Digital Account
The Roshan Digital Account is a State Bank of Pakistan initiative that lets overseas Pakistanis open a Pakistani bank account online. Funds arrive as inward remittances, which keeps a clean paper trail, and investments made through it are repatriable without separate SBP approval — so when you sell, you can lawfully take the proceeds back out. Roshan Apna Ghar adds bank-assisted purchase and financing options on top.
Tax as a non-resident buyer
The buyer pays advance tax under section 236K and the seller under 236C, and non-filer rates are much higher. Overseas Pakistanis who hold a NICOP or POC, spend fewer than 183 days a year in Pakistan and register on the FBR portal can often be charged at filer rates. Percentages change with every federal budget, so we confirm current figures for your transaction. Details in our overseas buyer's guide and transfer taxes guide.
What to buy: a home for family, or an investment?
How we protect buyers who are thousands of miles away
- Verified inventory only — checked against the developer's records, so you are never sold a phantom file.
- Seller CNIC matched to the ownership record, which defeats the caretaker-posing-as-owner scam.
- Encumbrances and dues checked — no hidden liens, unpaid charges or disputes.
- Bank payments only, with receipts and scans for every step.
- Eyes on the ground — we physically inspect the property for you.

Frequently asked questions
Can overseas Pakistanis buy property in Karachi without travelling to Pakistan?
Yes. You sign a Special Power of Attorney at the Pakistan Embassy, High Commission or Consulate where you live (or through NADRA's online POA at participating missions), have it attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and your representative completes the purchase and transfer in Karachi. S.S Enterprises verifies the property and coordinates every step on the ground.
Which countries can I buy from?
Anywhere with a Pakistan mission. S.S Enterprises works with buyers in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, the UK, Europe, the USA, Canada and Australia, and schedules calls around your time zone.
How do I send money from abroad for a property in Pakistan?
Use a Roshan Digital Account (RDA) — the State Bank of Pakistan's online account for overseas Pakistanis — or another formal bank transfer. RDA investments are funded by inward remittances and are repatriable without separate SBP approval. Never pay in cash or through hawala.
How long is a Power of Attorney valid for a property transfer?
A POA attested by Pakistan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs is commonly treated as valid for around 120 days from attestation, so execute it close to the transfer date and confirm the current rule before relying on it.
Will I pay the higher non-filer tax as a non-resident?
Not necessarily. Non-resident Pakistanis holding a NICOP or POC, in Pakistan fewer than 183 days a year and registered on the FBR portal, can often be charged property transfer tax (sections 236K and 236C) at filer rates. Rates change with each budget, so confirm the current figures before you pay.
Can S.S Enterprises rent out and manage my property after I buy?
Yes. S.S Enterprises offers rental services and property management — finding tenants, collecting rent and handling maintenance — so your property earns while you live abroad.
