These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the S.S Enterprises mobile application and the S.S Enterprises website. Please read them carefully before registering or using either platform.

Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you ("you", "your", or the "User") and S.S Enterprises ("S.S Enterprises", "we", "us", or "our"), an authorised real-estate dealer and consultancy specialising in Naya Nazimabad, Karachi, Pakistan.

These Terms apply to both: (a) the S.S Enterprises mobile application for iOS and Android (the "App"), a real-estate inventory marketplace; and (b) the S.S Enterprises website at https://ssenterprises.com.pk (the "Website"). The App and the Website are together referred to as the "Platform".

By registering for an account, accessing, browsing or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms are effective and were last updated on 29 June 2026.

Definitions

In these Terms, unless the context requires otherwise:

  • Account means a registered user account on the App. Registration and account-based features (including creating Listings and submitting Bids) are available on the App; the Website displays approved Listings to anonymous visitors and does not offer user accounts or login.
  • Admin and Master Admin mean S.S Enterprises staff who review, approve, manage and moderate inventory and the Platform.
  • Bid or Offer means a non-binding expression of interest in a Listing submitted through the App, which may include an optional voice-note recording.
  • Broker means a User who registers as a real-estate agent belonging to a real-estate company.
  • Independent Client means a User who registers in an individual capacity and not on behalf of a real-estate company.
  • Listing means a property advertisement and its associated content (including title, location/block, property type, purpose, area, price, description, photos and documents) submitted to the Platform.
  • User Content means any content you submit, upload or make available through the Platform, including Listings, photos, documents, Bids and voice notes.
  • Platform means the App and the Website, collectively.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the applicable laws of Pakistan in order to register for an Account or transact on the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. Anonymous visitors may browse approved Listings on the Website, but any registration or dealing requires you to meet the eligibility conditions in this section.

Accounts & Registration

To use the full features of the App, you must register for an Account as either a Broker or an Independent Client. When registering and using your Account, you agree that:

  • You will provide accurate, current and complete information, including your full name, a valid email address, a mandatory contact phone number, and (if you register as a Broker) your company name, and you will keep this information up to date.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your password and Account credentials. We store passwords only in a securely hashed form and never in plaintext.
  • You are responsible for activity that occurs under your Account arising from your failure to keep your password and Account credentials secure, and you must notify us promptly at info@ssenterprises.com.pk of any unauthorised use or suspected breach of security. You will not be held responsible for unauthorised activity that results from our own breach or fault rather than yours.
  • You may hold only one Account per person. You must not create an Account using false information, on behalf of another person without authority, or to impersonate any individual or entity.

The Service & How Dealings Work

S.S Enterprises is an authorised real-estate dealer and consultancy. The Platform is a tool that facilitates connections between Users interested in real-estate inventory in and around Naya Nazimabad, Karachi. S.S Enterprises is not a party to any agreement of sale, purchase or rent between Users.

To keep all dealings organised and to provide our consultancy service, all deal communication flows through S.S Enterprises. We coordinate enquiries, viewings, Bids and negotiations between interested parties.

Contact-Masking Rule

You should understand the following clearly before using the Platform: the public contact displayed against a Listing is the approving S.S Enterprises Admin (on the App) or the generic S.S Enterprises contact (on the Website) — not the original uploader of the Listing. This is intentional and ensures all dealings flow through S.S Enterprises.

S.S Enterprises staff (Admins and Master Admins) and the uploader themselves can see the original uploader's identity and contact details. Other Users and Website visitors cannot. By uploading a Listing, you understand and accept this contact-masking arrangement.

User Content & Listings

You are solely responsible for the User Content you submit. By submitting a Listing or other User Content, you represent and warrant that:

  • The information is accurate, current and not misleading, including the property's location, type, area, price, purpose and condition.
  • You have the lawful right and authority to list the property and to submit the associated content, photos and documents, and doing so does not infringe the rights of any third party.

By submitting User Content, you grant S.S Enterprises a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, store, reproduce, publish, display and distribute that content across the App and the Website, and to reformat or resize it as reasonably necessary to present it properly, for the purposes of operating, promoting and providing the Platform and our consultancy services. This licence allows us, for example, to display your Listing to prospective buyers and renters and to feature approved Listings in our own marketing of the Platform.

This licence lasts only for as long as your User Content remains on the Platform, plus a short, reasonable wind-down period needed to remove it from active systems and routine back-ups after you delete it or it is removed. The licence is not perpetual, and we do not claim ownership of your User Content.

All Listings are subject to approval by an Admin before they appear publicly. We may, at our sole discretion and without notice, edit, reject, hide, suspend or remove any Listing or User Content, including content that violates these Terms or that we consider inappropriate, inaccurate or unlawful.

Prohibited content. You must not submit User Content that is false, fraudulent, misleading, unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, offensive, or that relates to a property you have no right to list, or that contains another person's contact details intended to circumvent the contact-masking rule.

Bids & Offers

Bids and Offers submitted through the App (which may include optional voice-note recordings) are non-binding expressions of interest only. They do not constitute an offer or acceptance capable of forming a contract.

No contract of sale, purchase or rent is formed through the Platform. Any binding agreement requires separate, properly executed written documentation, completed in accordance with the applicable laws of Pakistan, and your own independent due diligence and verification. You should not rely on a Bid or Offer as a guarantee of any transaction.

Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

When using the Platform, you agree that you will not:

  • Circumvent, bypass or attempt to bypass the S.S Enterprises contact flow, or solicit or conduct dealings outside the Platform in order to avoid S.S Enterprises.
  • Post or transmit any content that is false, fraudulent, unlawful, infringing, defamatory, harassing, obscene or otherwise objectionable.
  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law of Pakistan.
  • Scrape, harvest, crawl, copy or use automated means (bots, spiders or similar) to access, monitor or extract data from the Platform.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to, interfere with, damage or disrupt any part of the Platform, its servers, or its security features, or attempt to breach or test our security.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
  • Upload or transmit any viruses, malware or other harmful code.
  • Use the Platform in any manner that could disable, overburden or impair its proper working.

Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its software, design, layout, text, graphics, the S.S Enterprises name, logo, trademarks and brand elements, is owned by or licensed to S.S Enterprises and is protected by the applicable intellectual property laws of Pakistan. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose, subject to these Terms.

You retain ownership of the User Content you submit, but you grant S.S Enterprises the licence over that content described in the User Content & Listings section above. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

Third-Party Services & Links

The Platform may contain links to, embed or integrate third-party services and platforms, including a Google Map of our office, and links to WhatsApp, Zameen, OLX, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. If a future version of the App enables push notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging, that Google service would process device push tokens as our processor.

These third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices, and are not under our control. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, policies, availability or practices of any third-party service. Your use of any third-party service is at your own risk.

Disclaimers

The Platform and all Listings are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by the applicable laws of Pakistan.

  • We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, availability, legality, title, ownership or condition of any property listed on the Platform.
  • Prices, availability and Listing details are provided by Users or compiled from inventory and may change without notice.
  • Nothing on the Platform constitutes investment, legal, financial or tax advice. The Platform is an inventory and consultancy tool, not professional advice.
  • You must independently verify title, ownership, approvals, measurements, pricing, legal status and all other particulars of any property, and obtain your own professional advice, before entering into any transaction.

We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure. While we take reasonable measures to protect data, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the applicable laws of Pakistan, S.S Enterprises and its owners, staff and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Platform, any Listing, any dealing or transaction between Users, or any reliance on information available through the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the applicable laws of Pakistan.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless S.S Enterprises and its owners, staff and affiliates from and against any claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your User Content or Listings; (c) your breach of these Terms or of any applicable law; or (d) your infringement of any rights of a third party.

Fees

Registering for an Account, creating Listings and browsing the Platform are currently free of charge, unless we notify you otherwise. We reserve the right to introduce fees for certain features in the future. Any such fees will be communicated to you in advance, and your continued use of the relevant paid feature after that notice will constitute your acceptance of the applicable fees.

If we ever offer paid features within the App, any such in-app purchases will be made available in accordance with the billing rules of the relevant app store (the Apple App Store or Google Play) through which you obtained the App, and payment will be processed in line with that store's requirements.

Suspension & Termination

We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend, restrict or terminate your Account or your access to the Platform, and remove your User Content, if we believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in unlawful or fraudulent conduct, or where required to protect the Platform, other Users or S.S Enterprises.

You may stop using the Platform and close your Account at any time. You can delete your Account yourself from Profile > Delete Account within the App, or you may request closure by contacting us at info@ssenterprises.com.pk. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification and governing law — shall continue to apply after termination.

Privacy

Our collection and use of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you also acknowledge and accept the practices described in that policy, including how we handle your Account information, User Content, device permissions and the contact-masking arrangement.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or your use of the Platform, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. You agree that the courts of Karachi, Sindh shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update or amend these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide notice through the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

General Provisions

  • Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
  • Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and S.S Enterprises regarding the Platform and supersede any prior understandings.
  • Waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of that right or provision.
  • Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations to a successor or affiliate.
